Spronsen was shot and killed by Tacoma p0lice in July 2019, while in the midst of interrupting business-as-usual at an ICE detention facility by decommissioning their busses. he refused to stand by and watch while fellow human beings were rounded up into camps. Spronsen died less than a year before our current moment of uprising, but his manifesto joyously points towards it. he says, “I believe in love and redemption. I believe we are going to win."
